Blossom is a detached, luxury, self catering cottage, situated in
the friendly crofting community
of Eabost, nestled on the west coast of Skye. The village
lies 10 minutes drive from Dunvegan, 20 minutes from Portree and Sligachan,
while both the Skye Bridge and Armadale ferry terminal are about 1
hours drive away. The cottage enjoys stunning, uninterrupted
views of the Cuillin Hills to the east - the perfect position for
an unbeatable sunrise and sunset!
a crofting cottage, Apple Blossom now provides a luxury "home away
from home" on the Isle of Skye, ideal for romantics, friends or
small families, a maximum of 4 guests.

speaker system which enables you to listen to music from the TV or Bose
Wave Music system in the Living room, while enjoying your Steam/Shower
Hallway with softly lit alcove, displaying enough books to keep any
bookworm very happy: walking & tourist guides, maps, fiction &
non-fiction, reference, childrens reading & a selection of CDs
and welcoming Entrance Porch with attractive monks bench and storage
for both coats, shoes and more importantly on Skye, those walking
boots! To help you enjoy those fantastic views, we have also
provided a tripod mounted fieldscope!

apply) during your stay (other calls are charged at a discounted
BT tariff and charged to your credit card accordingly at the end of

in front of the "Squirrel" wood burning stove which provides
a lively and warming focal point if the weather turns a bit chilly,
along with plenty of games stashed under the coffee table to entertain
both small and big children alike!

you will find our 2 Apple trees.
the cottage the finishing touches are designed to make you feel both
pampered and 'at home' - you are our guests after all!! If you
have any problems during your stay, you have the re-assurance that we
are just down the road at the White Heather Hotel, so if you need us
we are literally just a free phone call away!

The heating and hot water is provided by a Gas Combi system, so our
guests have a conveniently, constant supply of hot water!

the High Season bookings
are for 7 or 14 nights, arriving & departing on Saturday.
the Low Season bookings
are for a minimum of 4 nights, with negotiable arrival & departure
request that guests arrive no earlier than 4pm and depart no later
than 10am, to allow us to clean & prepare the cottage thoroughly
for our next guests.
note that due to the cottage being within an active crofting community,
we kindly request that fireworks are not set off within the cottage

secure a booking, we require the following:
non-refundable** deposit (can be paid
by cheque or by Credit/Debit card - there will be no transaction charge)
name, home address & telephone number for guest paying the deposit.
full amount is required no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival date
and again this will be non-refundable**.
we are able to re-let the cottage following a cancellation, we will
refund any payments made, although £40 will be deducted to cover
highly recommend that guests take out holiday insurance in the unfortunate
event that they need to cancel their booking.
